no thicker than 1”. Each
bag contains
a range of size and character.

We
have spent a lot of time hand choosing these pieces, here on lake
shores of Missouri, USA. These
driftwood flats are specifically selected for the liking of isopods
but work in a variety of vivarium and aquarium situations.
-Pieces
have
been cleaned with water and heat treated to remove any hitchhikers
before
being bagged.
It is ready to use!
Wood
material is essential to a healthy bioactive environment. Driftwood
has been through a natural curing process and becomes
sturdy, it will
last an extremely long time in a humid or dry environment. The
clean up crew and
other micro fauna will
utilize wood as a living space and
a food source. Isopods
in particular love hiding in the cracks and underside of these
driftwood flats.
